I did a 60-day PiYo challenge and had the time of my life. Planks and push-ups are becoming second nature to me. My flexibility has increased so much since starting this program. I’ve also alleviated shoulder pain I’ve been having for about 8 months because my body is stronger.
Is PiYo Pilates? No. I’ve taken many Pilates classes. This is not Pilates. I have never had this much sweat in a Pilates class. 🙂
Is PiYo Yoga? There are yoga-like moves and flows, but at a lot more intensity. If you’ve done Bikram hot yoga like I have, then this will feel similar in a way because it is a mind-body program. If you’ve done any other type of yoga, then this will push your limits.
