I did it all.
I did it all.
I owned every second that this world could give.
I saw so many places and things that I did.
With every broken bone,
I swear I lived.

Here’s what I know:
I know the things I want to do in this life. Most of us do. Climb a mountain. Live freely. Find your purpose and live your passion.
For me, the things I want to do in this life also includes living at my healthiest, showing what my body is truly made of, and helping others along the way.
When you think about it, we are all capable of so much more than we give.
And that’s what The Bring It Project is all about.
It’s about completing the mother of all workout marathons: The entire P90X Library.
It will take a year exactly. P90, P90X3, P90X, P90X2. In that order, no exceptions.
And yes, I’ve started things that I’ve eventually stopped. There was one marathon training that I started training for and then stopped. But since then, I’ve completed two full marathons.
I’ve started diets and didn’t see them through. But now, I’m healthier than I ever was when I was on a diet.
You see, it doesn’t matter if I started and stopped, started and stopped over and over again. I never QUIT. I never gave in. My goals have always been accomplished. ALWAYS. The timing is not always what I’d like or what I plan, but goals are ALWAYS accomplished. That’s my dad’s Marine Corps upbringing — one of the things I’m so thankful for in my life.
The Bring It Project is about bringing it in your workout, in your goals, in your life.
Today was Day 1. P90 Sculpt A. T25 Cardio 1.
The nitty gritty of the workouts will come later. For now, this is the jumping off point.
You are welcome to join me anytime. Email me or comment below to be added to my year-round Bring It group. You can start your journey any day. You don’t have to be on my calendar. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to start.
What will you start today?
Will you bring it today?
You might just find that, with every broken bone, you LIVED.
